Table tennis prize money by country
$42,532,256 paid out by the WTT tour between 2022 and 2026, split by the flag on the entry. China has taken $10,478,824 of it.
Every federation the tour has written a cheque to, ranked. The figure is prize money and not salary: a WTT entry is paid for the round it reaches, so a country's total is the sum of how deep its players went rather than a wage bill.
The fifteen richest federations
WTT prize money won, 2022 to 2026
Three federations out of 112 hold 45.5% of the money. A prize-money tour concentrates that way by construction: there is no appearance fee and no participation payment, so everything follows the rounds, and the rounds follow the same handful of programmes.

Frequently asked questions
Which country wins the most table tennis prize money?
China, $10,478,824 across 123 players and 337 titles between 2022 and 2026.
How concentrated is table tennis prize money by country?
The top three federations hold 45.5% of everything the tour has paid out, out of 112 that have been paid at all.
How many countries have won a WTT title?
40 of the 112 federations the tour has paid. 20 have had exactly one player paid, ever.
Do table tennis players get a salary?
Not from the tour. A WTT entry is paid on the round it reaches and nothing else, so a federation's figure here is the sum of how deep its players went rather than a wage bill. Club and league contracts are separate and are not published.
Which federations have a page of their own?
The 92 with two or more players on the ranking. With one player a federation page is that player's page with a flag on it, so the other 20 sit on the table above and link to the player instead.
