Scott Brash holds 17.7% of the Great Britain total alone. That is the ordinary shape of a prize-money sport rather than a quirk of this country: the money follows the horses that can jump the biggest classes, and a nation rarely has more than two or three of them at once.

2025 is the best season Great Britain has had, £657,682. A national total moves with which shows ran and which horses were sound, so a step in this chart is usually a calendar or an injury rather than a change in how good the country is.
